A Top 10’s Top 10: What Makes Purdue Engineering Exceptional was a live YouTube broadcast hosted by the Office of Future Engineers that was created to reach prospective high school students in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic when everything was still in lockdown. We knew the rising high school juniors and seniors wouldn’t be able to visit campus anytime soon, so we created this live, virtual event to allow them to connect with our students and staff, learn about Purdue Engineering, and be able to still ask questions live.

I was tasked with designing, planning, and implementing this event; everything from creating the presentation itself to arranging panelists to producing the event on YouTube.

The live event drew over 1,000 unique viewers. As of this writing, the video has over 6,400 total views and is one of the most-watched videos on our YouTube channel.
